- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is structured to be as affordable as possible to our clients yet also reflecting the high caliber of our musicians. Our musicians are degreed teaching music artist professionals that perform music at expert levels and teach music with high expertise and experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For music lessons the first step to get started is to schedule a Meet and Greet Introductory or Trial Music Lesson. This gives you the opportunity to visit our academy, meet with us, receive an orientation of our programs, and schedule a lesson or a set of lessons with the right teacher is best to carry out our goals and aspirations to learn an instrument. For music for events, we schedule a phone call to discuss details about your event in order to select the right music for your event. We also discuss any song requests you would like to hear. After that we confirm the presence and commitment of the musician to perform music for your event on the date and time that you requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our music professionals are highly trained performing artists that are passionate about providing music for events and concerts for our clients. We also love to teach and we care about bringing out the best in our students and inspire confidence in themselves. Our teaching artist professionals have extensive training in music education, teaching & performance experience in events, and possess music degrees from the world’s top college & university music schools.
