At Sweat Equity Fitness, our pricing reflects the personalized and comprehensive nature of our services. We offer competitive rates that vary based on the type and frequency of sessions. We also provide package discounts for clients committing to longer-term training plans. Fees are transparent and discussed upfront during the initial consultation to ensure clarity and alignment with each client's goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation, where we take the time to understand the client's goals, fitness level, and any specific needs or challenges. From there, we create a customized training plan tailored to their objectives. Clients have the option to work with a dedicated trainer or benefit from our team approach, where multiple experts collaborate to optimize results. Regular progress assessments and adjustments ensure that each client stays on track towards achieving their fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and a background in sport performance coaching and personal training, with extensive experience gained from working in various sport performance companies and big box gyms. My education includes certifications in personal training and specialized training techniques aimed at improving athletic performance, weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility, and mobility.
