She is amazing! We feel lucky to have found her. She is currently working with my mom who has had surgeries and needs extra care. Dienifer is patient and professional, and very knowledgeable. I’ve travelled all around the world and the us for business, and I always hire trainers to keep me accountable.
Dienifer, is by far, one of the best I have ever worked with. She does it all but after speaking with me, and really understanding my goals… she formulated a High Intensity Training regiment which was different from many other trainers.
And she was right. It’s the exact thing I needed.
She cares about what she does and is attentive to you. She monitors your heart rate to maximize caloric burn and she’s always changing it up so it’s never boring.
