FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive especially when you factor in my over thirty years of first hand experience and knowledge. I highly recommend 60-minute sessions for this proves to give the best results - but if your time does not permit one hour then $40.00 for a 30 minute session may be right for you. If you decide to add a spouse or friend to our training session it will be an additional small fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start off with a stretch of the muscles that we will be working that day. Then we will proceed to train the abdominal muscles as everyone needs to work these as a priority. Then we will train the muscles that are scheduled for the workout finishing off with a warm down stretch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I teach other personal trainers , when they are in the process of getting certified. I read on topics of training. I have a Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia.
