- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is an hourly rate. At this time discounts are not offered. Supplies such as organizing bins, boxes, tape and labels are an additional fee, shopping services are available and negotiable. I take pride in what I do and the service I provide to my clients. The only time the client is involved is during the initial walkthrough. I do everything else so you can relax. If for any reason a cancellation needs to be issued, please provide a 1 to 2 day notice. Same day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee. Once a date is agreed upon an invoice is generated for full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial call over the phone to get a better understanding of my clients' goal. Once the project is solidified, a walkthrough is necessary to gage the scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a bachelors degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from Miami International University of Art & Design. I have over six years of retail management, streamlined store openings, partnered with brands, mapped planograms for merchandise assortment and so on.
