- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my pricing simple by charging per hour for my time. I price my projects $80 / hour, regardless if its decluttering or organizing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to speak with a prospective client on the phone first. I use this opportunity to get to know you, your space, the challenges you are facing, and what goals you have. After we speak on the phone, I will either come see your space in person and perform an in home consultation or we can do the consultation virtually with facetime, photos, or videos. From here, I will put together a project plan, pre-project estimated invoice, and a simple client services agreement. We can speak again on the phone and I can share how I will approach the project and answer any final questions. The project should be fun and exciting, so before the project starts I want to make sure the client is comfortable. Once this happens, we can schedule our first day to start the project!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a teacher for 5 years and always loved organizing the classroom, my students binders, and lesson plans. After moving on from teaching I knew I had to chase the dream to help others take back control and clutter within their personal spaces.
