- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is an hourly rate. At this time discounts are not offered. I do provide personal shopping for containers and packing materials. The added materials are billed separately. I take pride in what I do and the service I provide to my clients. The only time the client is involved is during the initial walkthrough and when decluttering. We handle the heavy lifting so you can relax. If for any reason a cancellation needs to be issued, please provide a week notice. Same day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee. Once a date is agreed upon an invoice is generated for full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial call over the phone to get a better understanding of my clients' goal and create a project plan for an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a bachelors degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from Miami International University of Art & Design. I have over six years of retail management and new store openings. Space planning and project management are my super powers.
