I hired Chef Alejandro to cook dinner the first night of my 40th birthday trip. From beginning to end he exceeded expectations. He proposed an incredible dinner menu, carefully taking into account the food allergies in the group, and working with me on a few tweaks. He arrived on time, prepared the meal on site, served all of us, and beautifully explained what was served. The food was INCREDIBLE. He prepared fresh flatbread on demand, brought herbs and vegetables from his garden, and pivoted to a beautiful salad when the watermelon at the store didn’t look good. Best of all he left the kitchen cleaner than he found it and was a joy the entire time. I wish I lived in Florida so I could hire him more often. Chef Alejandro made our first night in Florida a night to remember - we couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was! Thank you, Chef Alejandro!

I booked Alejandro for a pasta night at home with friends for my birthday and it was amazing, felt like we were in Italy!!!
For appetizers he put together an amazing cheese board and cooked an eggplant parmigiana
The highlight of the event was the homemade pasta. He did two varieties, little pasta candies stuffed with lemon, ricotta and shrimp - so good, and fettuccine with pomodoro and the vegetarians.
This was my second time booking a personal chef and what I liked most of the experience was that it was super interactive - almost felt like a cooking class. He showed us step by step the whole process while we sipped on wine around the pasta station. For dessert, he did caramelized crepes with dulce de leche with ice cream. Mouth watering!
I cannot recommend him enough, I am already thinking of the next event (sushi maybe?!

Alejandro prepared the most delicious feast for 10 adults, and at very short notice! Booking with him was a breeze as he was extremely responsive. We didn't have a cuisine in mind, so he suggested a mezze-style sharing experience that was perfect for us. He used fresh, creative, and sustainable ingredients to create flavors that many of us had never experienced. He was passionate, attentive, and brought a great energy to the evening. Our Airbnb was unfortunately ill-equipped, but he went above and beyond to bring any equipment needed, including stopping on his way to get appropriate serving platters! Would 100% recommend him, and can't wait to book him again.

"Chef Alejandro: A Culinary Genius"
Chef Alejandro turned my kitchen into a Michelin-star sushi bar! He’s a true genius. Every bite was absolute perfection—from the freshest fish to creative flavors. Honestly, it was better than overpaying at a Miami restaurant. Watching him work was just as fun as enjoying the meal with the whole family and all my guests. If you want an unforgettable private dining experience, he’s your guy!
Plus, his menu is so versatile. We were blown away by his Japanese cuisine, and we’re already planning to book him again to try his Italian dishes. A friend swears by his handmade gnocchi and ravioli—can’t wait!

I cannot say enough good things about Alejandro!!! He came to my house for my birthday and made breakfast for 10 people, and let me tell you - it was the BEST decision ever. The food?? Unreal. He made specialty coffee (better than any café), amazing avocado toast, the fluffiest omelettes, handmade pastries (yes, handmade), a tiramisu pancake stack that I’m still dreaming about, and banana bread that was next-level good.
Everything was perfect, and I honestly don’t know how he pulled it all off. My friends and I were blown away. I wish I had taken pictures because everything looked just as good as it tasted, but we were too busy eating and saying “OMG this is SOOOO good!”
If you’re even thinking about hiring a private chef, just book him. It was the best birthday gift I could’ve given myself. Alejandro, you’re amazing - thank you for making my day unforgettable!!!!
