Sylvia had a quick professional response from our initial communication our final communication in hosting a dinner for twelve family members in a Marathon home. She sent a menu options via email, which were clearly priced- this made it very easy to build a menu for the event. Food allergies were taken in to account and adjustments to dishes or off menu requests were welcomed. She arrived well prepared with to cook 4 appetizers and a buffet style dinner on site, while dressed as the professional chef that she is. The food was delicious and everyone was excited to try the next item as it was served. She also packed up and left the kitchen spotless. This experience was a gift for my family and after a week later they are still talking about. All Around 10/10 and I will be looking for future opportunities to contact Sylvia.
