Chef Silvia exceeded all of our expectations. She was super responsive beforehand and answered all my questions for the menu options. Once she arrived, she cooked everything and served our party. The food was phenomenal. We were so impressed with the quality and flavor. Overall we were very happy with her service, we will definitely rebook next time we are in Miami!

Sylvia had a quick professional response from our initial communication our final communication in hosting a dinner for twelve family members in a Marathon home. She sent a menu options via email, which were clearly priced- this made it very easy to build a menu for the event. Food allergies were taken in to account and adjustments to dishes or off menu requests were welcomed. She arrived well prepared with to cook 4 appetizers and a buffet style dinner on site, while dressed as the professional chef that she is. The food was delicious and everyone was excited to try the next item as it was served. She also packed up and left the kitchen spotless. This experience was a gift for my family and after a week later they are still talking about. All Around 10/10 and I will be looking for future opportunities to contact Sylvia.

Really great experience getting a chef for one of be nights of a bachelorette party. We talked in the phone and then she sent multiple options with a price per person, accommodating many price ranges. The food was so good and the following day she dropped off a cooler for our boat day full of delicious sandwiches, pasta and potato salad. Highly recommend!
