Only saying terrible because I feel "played". I reached out seeking assistance with my pleading structure to comply with 2 local rules, I specifically asked for Ai to not be used because it wouldn't fix the matter and it would rearrange and even add facts that aren't there. I was advised that no Ai would be used. Great! I go over the pleading (due today),it didn't comply with the rules and rearranged and added things that weren't there....like I told them beforehand it would. Paying $300, it's reasonable to expect the job to be done right, not uploaded to Chat GPT. My biggest issue is because I asked for it to not be used, I even got over the fact that I had to pay before we began the intake. I wouldn't return.
