- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different price alternatives, by the hour or flat rate (after inspection). We will always provide an all inclusive price and disclose additional costs (extra stairs after first flight). We always offer a THREE MEN CREW in our jobs which is convenient to the customer when compared to competition offering only 2 men. We have a very attractive price point for Studios or small 1 bedroom apartments with a smaller more efficient truck and TWO MEN ONLY CREW.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted we will submit an initial price estimate by the hour and offer a visit if the customer is interested in a flat rate. Following customer acceptance of our price estimate we will include customer in our schedule with all necessary details to expedite the job; no deposits are collected before the job. 24-48 priors to booked date customer will receive a final confirmation message from customer service. Some jobs will require customer to block residence premises (elevator) and this must be arranged prior to the moving date; we will provide all necessary insurance certificates (COI) when necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Management was professionally trained by one of the largest if not the largest Housing Logistics & Storage corporations in North America. Our crew is technically trained before they are released for their first job. Our expert packing crew has been trained in organizing & packing functions.
