Mi perrita volvi la ltima vez con un montn de pulgas y muy estresada con Valerie, en cambio cuando ve a Maya est contenta. Un da lleg triste mi perrita y extremadamente estresada, Valerie vena echndole la culpa a la perra cuando mi perrita es un puppy divino y feliz y solo hay que tener paciencia con ella y cario porque es movida. No chequearon debajo de las orejitas tenia de todo el pelito tan enredado y hasta heridas! Tuvimos que cortarle el pelo. Como puede ser que no cepillen en una area tan relevante y no se den cuenta de eso? Pobrecita! Maya es super educada pero Valerie tiene muy mal vibra, es muy agresiva y maleducada con el dinero y tiene una energa negativa. Normalmente nos cobran 55 dlares, hoy le ped un tratamiento hipoalergnico y me cobraron 10 dlares ms, 65 en total. Lo acept, an siendo injusto pues los productos que utilizan son tan qumicos que le resecan la piel a nuestra perrita y le han creado problemas. El shampoo hipoalergnico debera de ser utilizado con todos los perros por ser una necesidad y prevencin saludable, no un lujo. Cundo llam despus para pedir que la prxima vez porfavor utilizasen el hipoalergnico sin subirme el precio Valerie se puso ruda y agresiva y me colg el telfono, me quera subir el precio con cualquier excusa alegando que pierden tiempo "por un solo perro" al tener que "entrar subir recogerla y bajar" ... adems hablaba en muy malas formas y cundo le dije que era una grosera y una mala educacin me colg el telfono. Esta seora no le importan tanto los animales, solo el dinero, porque no tiene paciencia con ellos y adems considera que un shampoo saludable es un lujo a pagar extra y no un requerimiento bsico y necesario. Tengo mis serias dudas de la higiene del espacio ya que mi perrita llega llena de parsitos. Nunca ms vamos a utilizar los servicios de Valerie. Señora Maria, es una pena escuchar su crítica, ya que nuestros clientes siempre están satisfechos con el trabajo realizado. Para empezar usted nos pidió un baño antipulgas para su perrita y al revisarla no le encontramos pulgas, más bien resequedad en la piel a la cual decidimos usar el shampoo hipoalergénico para no resecar más la piel. Después de el baño, le pusimos un repelente natural antipulga. Todos los productos que usamos son naturales y de muy buena marca. Nunca hemos tenido problema antes con ellos. A los perritos con piel más sensible le aplicamos shampoo hipoalergénico, a pedido de los clientes o cuando notamos una piel delicada. En el caso de su perrita, al principio le veíamos la piel sanita y nunca tuvimos ningún problema, hasta que nos empezó a dar un perfume con olor muy fuerte a químico que al parecer podría ser el causante de la resequedad de piel de su perrita, además de los baños de vinagre y limon que nos comentó que le daba. Nunca le vimos pulgas, aunque usted alegue que las tiene. Usted nunca bajó a conocer el van, no es coherente que opine sobre su higiene. Siempre recibimos buenas criticas sobre la limpieza. La razón de su mala critica es a raíz que decidimos cobrarle $10 extra debido al tratamiento antipulga que solicitó y nos llamó para pedir un ajuste para el proximo grooming, el cual se nos hizo difícil dárselo porque tenemos que entrar a su condominio dos veces. Ya que no nos dejan estacionar la van en donde reside. Todo eso toma tiempo extra, como negocio y aun más siendo móvil nos afecta. En ningún momento se le trato mal, siempre hemos sido educadas con usted. Cuando llamó, usted no quiso escuchar las razones del ajuste de precio, más bien se cerró en querer pagar los $55 de cualquier manera. Usted siempre estuvo satisfecha con nuestro servicio, por eso nos ha contactado al rededor de 5 veces hasta la fecha. Por eso estamos muy sorprendidos que haya escrito comentarios negativos y falsos que afectan a nuestro negocio.

These ladies did an amazing job with my little girl. I called them over the phone, set an appointment with them, and they gave me a little time window. They messaged me when exactly they would arrive and they did arrive on time. Once the got out of the van, I explained to them that my dog gets anxious around razers and blow dryers and they told me not to worry. Their van was clean, both ladies were dressed in profesional scrubs with masks so I felt safe letting them take care of my girl. Once they finished, my dog came out looking like brand new! They gave her a little bow tie to complete the transformation and I couldnt be more pleased. They handled her very well too because she wasnt scared or whining afterwards. very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend!
