I believe that it is accessible and according to my knowledge and professionalism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to have a conversation where the customer can tell me what she is looking for and what styles she likes. I would tell her how I work and also suggest different options for her hair or make up, taking into account her personal preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned a lot by myself over the years and have taken 3 different training courses to improve my skills and learn new techniques for every make up and hair style.
