The locksmith definitely knew what he was doing. I’ve had a $700 electronic lock on my door for the past couple years. It stopped working about a year ago because the batteries overheated and leaked battery acid into the lock, so I’ve just been using it to lock the house from the inside at night. He came to take a look at it and was able to fix it! He didn’t try to upsell me on a new lock. He said it may be fixable and that he would try to do that for me first, since it’s such an expensive lock. Thank you so much!
