My driver Alexandre was prompt, showed up early. Was easy to contact when I was ready to be picked back up. Vehicle was clean stocked nicely. Courteous safe driving. Will definitely be using shuttle D’ Luxe again.

The absolute BEST service I’ve ever received. David and his team were extremely responsive and accommodating. They even make sure to track and monitor your travel itinerary which is extremely helpful. If you are trying to figure out the best person/car service…look no further! I will definitely be using them next time I am in Florida.

I wish they would have let me choose all five topics. David was an absolute pleasure, booked him to take us to the Orange Bowl and back. It was New Year's Eve and the busiest night of the year for them, but we were like his only care in the world. We were so impressed we hired him three days later to drive us 2 1/2 hours to a different airport due to all the flight cancelations. Hope to see him in a couple of weeks for a tour of Miami. Today's world needs more customer service like David provides.
