Amazing, caring, honest, and professional landscaper. Michael was absolutely fabulous. He worked with my schedule even when I rescheduled last minute. Very punctual and professional. I scheduled an appointment with Michael for 8 AM on a Saturday, and from the start, his communication was excellent. He kept me updated on his arrival time and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. When he arrived, Michael walked me through what my yard needed for proper maintenance, as it hadn’t been cut in almost a month. He assured me that we’d work together to bring it back to the condition it was in on Google Maps—lol!
I recently took over the house from my sister after her passing, and Michael was not only sensitive to the situation, but also very attentive to detail. He even pointed out some issues with the sprinkler system and recommended a trustworthy vendor he has personally used for his own home.
My yard was a mess, but thanks to Michael’s expertise and genuine love for what he does, it’s now looking fantastic. He made me feel like a valued customer, not just another job on his list. I’m extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend Symmetry Lawn Service. Thank you, Michael!
