- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to be as efficient as possile to save time, stay organized & keep our rates competetive. We ask for basic information. * Full Name * Email * Full address * Phone * Current property pictures Once this is provided we will schedule a meeting. Many times we provide an estimate within minutes of recieving the contact informations due to our software. Once you approve the quote online our software automatically schedules and routes your job. Once the crews complete the job we send you an invoice. You can pay via credit cards, cash or check.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do comercial properties but 85 % of our clients are residential. We prefer it like that.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for an established company. We hear horror stories and see substandard work all the time. Remember you get what you pay for.
