I asked for my lawn to be cut walks driveway and patio to be blown off I got a message at two women we’re on the way over A Gentleman arrived bright and early this morning, I was impressed with that however I think he was still sleeping. literally did random spots on my lawn with his lawnmower, headed out for seven minutes. Left branches down in my yard that were there when they got he didn’t even bother to pick them up. In my original service, I asked that he mow the entire lawn mowing over the leaves very disappointed

I greatly appreciate the yard finally getting cut as I reached out to multiple vendors outside of lawnstarter and they kept canceling causing the lawn to be very long. So with that said I give this first time the benefit of doubt. Overall it was just an ok job though as many areas were not fully mowed. I’m hoping my next cut will be more thorough.

I was to suppose to have my 1st scheduled mow yesterday Friday 9/13/24. Nobody showed up to cut the lawn. Zero communication from them if there was a conflict or problem on their end and had to cancel or reschedule. Nothing.
