FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We divide the project into two phases: landscape design and Execution. The first phase Landscape design is all about the design of your project, the final product is a complete document with renders, plans, a video walkthrough, and a shopping list, everything needed to execute the project. The cost varies depending on the scope of the project and can go from $390 to $2000 or more if it's a commercial project. The second phase is execution based on the design, the price range is open depending on the scope of the project. A typical backyard of 2,000 sqft is around $6,000 to $10,000. A medium size yard 4,000sqft + is around $20,000-$30,000 and it can go from there to $100,000 +
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to talk about the project and know more about our client's visions and/or expectations. We send the estimate for the first phase: landscape design and once approved, we begin with the design process, a little questionnaire, and some feedback from the first ideas and we are ready to go, we work on the images, video, plans, and shopping list. After the landscape design is approved, we can prepare the estimate for the execution based on the design. If the client has a budget, it is great for us to know so that we can make the design based on it. Having a budget in mind never compromises the beauty of the design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been landscape designers for about 12 years. We have participated in landscape design seminars as presenters, and currently having own online course on landscape design. We have worked on projects of different sizes, from residential to commercial and public work.
