- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While each job is unique to our clients, property surveys start $195. Elevation Certificates start at $95.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we need the following information: 1. Property address or Parcel ID. 2. Reason for the job. 3. Deadline. 4. We get it done within time agreed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Surveyors are licensed by the state of Florida. My educational/work training includes a 4 year college degree, as well as 4 years of training under a licensed Surveyor.
