Our pricing is super straightforward—no hidden fees! We offer free, no-obligation quotes based on the volume of junk or the size of the move. Plus, we have seasonal discounts and special deals for repeat customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start with a quick call to understand their needs and schedule a free estimate. We then give them a transparent quote, and once they approve, we set a time to handle the junk removal or move. From there, we get to work efficiently, keeping them updated along the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got hands-on experience from working directly in the field, handling everything from junk removal to moving logistics. Plus, I’ve taken courses in customer service and project management to ensure smooth operations and great communication. It’s all about making the process easy and stress-free for our customers!
