- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You may find cheaper insulation contractors but their service does not compare to Koala Insulation's quality, professionalism, and punctuality at a very reasonable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, it is of most importance to understand what kind of insulation service the customer is looking for exactly. We then do a free evaluation of their property and provide an estimate within 24h of the assessment. Once the quote is approved by the client, we agree on the date of execution; we don't have long wait times. The day of, the field team shows up on time to prepare the job site in order to make as little dirt as possible with the least disruption possible for the homeowners. Once the job is finished we clean and leave the job site cleaner than how it was before we started the job. We invite the homeowners to see the finished work and also share before/after photos of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is licensed by the Miami Dade County and all of our team members are experienced experts in different areas. That way, we can ensure that we deliver the best quality service for any aspect of our job. Our nation-wide franchise provides permanent training programs to keep us and our teams up to date with the latest techniques and materials to use.
