I was VERY impressed by their attentive phone calls to monitor the job and satisfaction. There was a little bit of a communication mix up on the work ordered and the cleaner that showed up but Velvet Touch Cleaners went above and beyond to rectify the glitch. I will use them again in the future and I would recommend them because of their customer service to anyone. We all know that sometimes on these apps Customer Service can be a little elusive. These folks are serious about their business getting it right!
