- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors to consider about a cleaning price. That is one reason why TeamUp prefer the personal touch visiting a new client to prepare a quote and build a customer profile asking to provide detailed information about their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When l contacts the client I request a meeting to discuss their needs and explain what kind of service TeamUp provide. I send a quote detailing services, prices and date and time agree.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My years of experience have prepared me well for this kind of service, customer service is a big part of this job; I spent four years working in a high-volume of clients, planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling, answering customer calls, and identifying solutions.
