- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We maintain competitive pricing so that our customers can afford the type of professional cleaning that they deserve without cutting corners. We do offer discounts to repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer has a unique home and intention. To begin, I like to know a little more about the project and what the client hopes to achieve. When I arrive, I do a walk-through of the space to make a plan. Typically, I will begin by dusting surfaces, cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen, some organizing or laundry, if it needs to be done, and then leaving the floors sparkling on my way out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience with different cleaning techniques and products and look forward to accommodating my clients request.
