- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are completely accessible, we do not charge extra for having pets since they are a member of the family, also when you take a regular (often) service we give you a discount of between 5% and 10% of the regular price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client wants to hire cleaning services, I always recommend that the first service be a deep cleaning and from there, a regular general cleaning preferably every week or two weeks; this allows your home to be properly maintained
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Little by little I have increased the quality of my service through self-research, I like to be aware of techniques and products that allow me to better perform my work.
