DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The cleaning crew is not honest, truthful, or competent!If I could give zero stars I would. These people literally stole our money. I paid 200$ for a "move in/deep clean". The first time I called I spoke to a woman who said she was the owner, as she was super nice. She told me about s special promotion and was really helpful. I called 3 times to confirm what tasks would be done. Upon arrival the staff argued with man who brought them the supplies, my boyfriend was on site and I wasn't, and said they were not cleaning anything, just pushing dust around. The maids were claiming they couldn't clean because the vacuum didn't work... When it clearly did. He was uncomfortable telling them it was bad service, because upon arrival they told him they needed a tip... super unprofessional. They basically said they "only get paid per hour and rely on tips". I called the office to express my concern and was ASSURED over and over again they are required to follow a check list. My boyfriend left the property to get lunch, came back and paid them, and ran out to do errands, because I assured him they were required to follow a checklist--that their job depended on it. He even tipped them 20$ because they told him again, oh the whole $200 goes to the company we don't get any money.Please see the pictures I posted that show pee on our toilet seat, floors never swept or mopped, counters and sinks not even wiped down, and NOTHING done that was promised to me. They stated they had a checklist to follow, which they obviously didn't. I am appalled and will be contacting the BBB as well, considering it appears once we paid them in cash and they just left our property, said they cleaned, and locked up. I called the owner of the company and she hasn't returned my call, all day, even though they claim they are open for business until 5pm. Again, I encourage you DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The cleaning crew is not honest, truthful, or competent!

We do have a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee; in the instance that a customer is not fully satisfied with the cleaning, we are able to send out a cleaner go back over any area of concern. In this particular case, a full refund was issued as the standard of services provided was subpar to company standard, and most importantly our client's standards. We greatly appreciate our clients taking the time to review our services as it allows us to ensure that we are securing both client and business needs.

Maid Green was great! I reached out to them for a quote and they were very responsive. Everyone I spoke with very nice, I told them my time frame, budget and what I wanted to focus on for my move out service. They bulit a custom service for me quickly that was very affordable and my 2 story town home was in rough shape. They called and let me know when they were almost to my property, very courteous and friendly. I left them a key, they called when they were finished and sent me a picture of where we agreed to hide our key. They even offered to come back if anything was not satisfactory. I reviewed the work and they did an amazing job. The place is now move in ready and I really couldn't be happier. I'll definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy, affordable and friendly cleaning service.
