Unfortunately, I am not able to upload media here, we did a full detailing deep cleaning in your house, I have videos from before and after, even the ceiling was cleaned, the air exits, ceiling fans, baseboards, kitchen, everything. Unfortunately, maintenance is not able to fix with cleaning, the dirty showed in the picture doesn't come out anymore, we rubbed and used products on it, but it needs to be painted, this is not about our job, this is something that doesn't come out with a cleaning service. I have a great reputation on thumbtack, I always respond to our customers quickly and kind, the service provided was great, but unfortunately dealing with the general public is not easy and not everybody is pleased with our services, but we try our best. Again I am sorry, but we are an honest and integrity company that works very hard to provide the best for our customers.
