Hi! I’m Linda Greenfield.
I’m a Wellness Mindset & Stress Transformation Coach, as well as a licensed integrative holistic healthcare physician.

I lived for over a decade during the 1990s with migraines, chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia with ALL of the symptoms listed at the end of this intro.
The blessing from those symptoms was they finally pushed me to look outside the narrow views of modern medicine that didn’t know what was wrong with me, let alone how to help me back then.
Over the past 2 decades western medicine has started to connect how our stressful perceptions actually lead to many physical syndromes & diseases in our body.
Since medications or supplements only offer temporary bandaids but don’t cure chronic stress illnesses, most medical doctors believe these issues are incurable.
I can assume you this is untrue & is uneducated beliefs on their part.
When I healed myself, I had to dig deep to find research that revealed when repeating stress (whether physical, emotional, or spiritual) is not resolved, our autonomic nervous system is constantly triggered to hit the alarm systems in our body.
We now know that chronic stress patterns keep our nervous system in constant dysregulation.
This accumulating alarm stress eventually compromises the delicate communication of the nervous system & hormone regulation between all body systems.
This leads to long term multiple body system imbalances, exhausting our brain & nervous system, until it limits the ability of the cells of our entire body to produce enough energy to function & heal.
This is why the chronic symptoms of fatigue, discomfort, pain, can eventually lead to chronic health disorders & metabolic diseases.
The bottom line for recovery is by learning how to manage & reduce our stress while shifting our mindset & reprogramming the triggers of our stress.

1) I offer a free 30 minute phone discovery session to discuss your key chronic stress symptoms.
I will introduce an easy stress reducing practice that can help you to stop your stress responses.
2) When you are ready for your next step, we can set up your first 1 hour session.
I only charge $50 for your first session because I want you to feel comfortable working with me.
3) After this $50 session we either say good bye ….
