I had a bad experience with another company who tore my dryer apart and claimed they needed to order a part, then left me hanging for days. I called Vlad from Vroomeo and asked if he could come out asap to see if he can get the job done. Vlad was over within an hour (after hours) and tried to fix the dryer. He said he would be back the next morning with the part that was needed. Unlike the other company, Vlad was back first thing the next morning with the part and had the dryer running within 10 minutes. Very professional, very quick and responsive and polite. 5 stars for this company! Highly recommended
