- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are negotiable upon reason. Our service call fee (ie. deposit) is nonrefundable. We reserve the right to deny service upon our discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will require a service call fee upon scheduling , which is credited if we are contracted for the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified for all appliance Installations and our team has 15+ years of experience in a handyman services.
