- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer occasional discounts and price match, ensuring customers don’t have to compromise excellent customer service, which our company guarantees, for a lower price with another company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide FREE estimates to all of our customers where we travel to the customers location to measure the area in need of service. Once the area is measured, we go over service needed (installation/replacement, removal, repair, cleaning, etc.), styles (box, round, k-style), downspouts (corrugated, box, round, rain chain) and material (aluminum & copper) with our customer and provide them with a paper estimate for their records. We are available via phone call and text message during business hours for any questions or concerns the customer may have- responding in a timely manner. Once the job is complete, we ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with the work & always resolve any problems that may arise to the customer’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We possess the required Building Contractor License in Metal Gutters/Downspouts & Liability Insurance. All documents are provided upon request.
