My husband and I visited Kavana Floor and Bath a few weeks ago looking for tiles. We had the pleasure of meeting a young lady by the name of Yamel. She assisted us patiently and professionally, giving advice on tile colors, texture and place of origin. Kavana had a wide selection of tiles and bathroom vanities. We didnt make a definitive decision at the time of our visit, but after we returned to our home in The Bahamas , we made several telephone calls to Yamel, she made video calls to us, which helped us to select beautiful bathroom tiles as well as floor tiles for the entire house. After the delivery truck was loaded, Yamel WhatsApp pictures to us indicating that the truck was on the way to the shipping company.Yamels attention to details, her consistency in following up to ensure that we were updated on everything regarding our order was outstanding. We would certainly refer friends and family members who want to purchase tiles to Kavana and specifically to Yamel.

Sales agent quoted me a price for a bathroom vanity, even wrote the price down on her business card. I went back the next day and apparently she misquoted but promised to honor the price. I walked away to take a call and left my wife with the sales agent. When we left the store the receipt reflected an increase in cost by more than 10%. The price wasnt honored because they didnt have access to the item I wanted so they just changed the price and never bothered to explain this to me and just took advantage of my less savvy wife. When I called them about it and asked why, the agent did nothing ti make the situation better. Complete bait and switch and the. She took advantage of my wife while I wasnt around. Im disgusted by this, and if I wasnt in a rush ti finish my renovation, I would have canceled the entire deal. As I begin my next, even larger project, there is ZERO chance I will go back to this store that has no credibility.
