Provide them with cost effective options when they are in need of a new printer, copier or fax machine along with various options for the consumables they use.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the guarantees. Does your current vendor offer a one year from purchase date, money back guarantee on their non OEM products? Will they repair or replace your machine if their ink or toner cartridge(s) should damage it? Is their delivery time on in stock items within four hours same day? Will they pay you cash money for your empties when you recycle them? Do they provide basic maintenance, I.T. and troubleshooting included in their price?
