- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Throughout the month of February the services will have a discount of 25%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacting us the steps are as follows: 1- receive all the information possible to give a price of the service. 2- provide an estimate at the same time of the initial contact. 3- the detailed estimate is sent to the customer's email. 4- if the Estimate is approved, the service is scheduled and the payment is made after the work is finished. note: In the event that a visit is required to carry out the assessment and be able to provide a price to the client, a cost would be set depending on the location of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified by the state of Florida for the installation and repair of garage doors, they have taken the electricity courses at the South Florida institute. They receive training every week and intensive training with other specialists in the field.
