FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates for most repair and new garage door installations. ALWAYS does free consultation calls, so if you feel like sending us a few pictures of the issue you are facing with your garage door, we will be more than happy to quote you over the phone :) We have an ongoing promotion for a $99 tune-up and inspection. After the tune-up, the technician will inspect the door and suggest repairs if needed. The $99 will be deducted from any repair cost if you decide to go ahead and repair it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends if it is a repair job or a completely new door installation. If it is a new door, we usually have a consultation call where we go over the client's needs and try to match a few different options for him. If the customer likes the options and wants to move forward, we schedule a visit to take final measurements before ordering the new garage door. If everything is good, we will order the door and schedule installation. For repair jobs, we schedule a technician as soon as possible to come over and inspect the door to be able to provide an estimate for the repair. Most of the time, we can take care of the issue immediately because our technicians take most of the equipment needed on the truck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have at least five years of experience in the industry before joining Joe's Doors. We carry a CTQB license #20BS00554, which allows us to pull permits, and we had to go through a few tests to achieve it. In addition, as a proud member of the International Door Association, we go quarterly to conventions to meet industry leaders and learn about the newest technologies available.
