Jose Nava was our tech. He was very helpful. Very professional. Took his time assessing the problem and gave us the best advice on repair and expected longevity of the machine. Had a neighbor visiting at the time that also had exercise equipment that he wanted to get checked and Jose was more than gracious to stop over and take a look. Will definitely use again!
