Electroman is by far the best company I’ve ever worked with. I bought a new hot tub but I didn’t realize I only had a 15Amp outlet & breaker for my backyard. The hot tub needed 20amps. I made a request about 8pm for an electrician. Electroman responded 8:58pm and was at my house by 9:30PM! Yes 9:30PM! The guys looked at the project provide me with a few options and quote. I was thinking they would have come back another day to do the job… little did I know, Electroman finished the job same nice before I could even wink. They changed the outlet, changed the breaker and even install a surge protector at the breaker box. Throughout the job, Electroman explained everything he was doing… and even made me feel I should switch careers to being an electrician. I learned a lot and super happy Electroman came to the rescue. After they finished, they even help me repositioned the tub to another location, search for the plug and ensure the hot tub was ready for water. Electroman had a mini Home Depot in his work van. He had all the tools and supplies needed which was super convenient for me. His work van was well organized, super clean, and even smelled good. They guys had shoe protectors so they didn’t dirty the house whilst walking through. Electroman even left us a luxurious dri-fit quality T-shirt, a colouring book for the kids and a high quality, expensive looking fridge magnet. After they were done, they cleaned up and helped me re-organized my back yard. I was super happy with the service Electroman provided. Very impressive customer service, punctual and super helpful. I will highly recommend them and will certainly use them for other projects. I intend to have them come again for another project in a few days. You will not regret hiring Electroman!
