I never talk to this guy, he message me twice and because I never answer he send me a message saying he needs a refund because of this. When I call him he doesnt even know who I am, says never text me and was spoiled. You should take care with this people and the filters they pass. Hope this isnt a constant because we are already working and talking with handymans in here that are really helpful and respectable. Thanks for your time

Mauricio, the issue is because we have to pay for the lead, not you . And I'm paying for the handyman lead, and yes, I'm requesting a refund .

He provided an initial quote that was more than reasonable. My building requires a COI, which I had specified upfront, in the initial specs he bid on. When I gave him the job, he didn't want to provide the COI and said it would cost more. I insisted and asked him to provide a new quote that would include a COI. The new quote was more than TRIPLE the original quote! I would never recommend someone like this.
