I wouldnt trust any other dog walking company with my dog! Swifto is by far the best!Their customer service is top notch, and they respond to whatever question I have within minutes. At first, I was very scared of a stranger coming in to my house, but in Swifto, you get a chance to meet all the dog walkers before taking out your dog, which made me much more comfortable to use them. I really love getting log updates about what happened during the dog walk, and getting a chance to see where my dog was taken out. The dog walkers I met are all so caring and loving, and my dog loves them too!Im so grateful to god that I had found them, I thank him every day.

I love my Swifto dog walker, she's so great with dogs and is a great walker! I always thought "I love to walk my dog why have anyone else walk her" and her point was what if I got sick, busy or something came up last minute and caused me to run late!!?? This service is great for that last minute schedule that almost other dog walking companies aren't. And I could track my doggy on her walk too :-) I recommend Swifto for sure!

As someone that has tried a variety of dog walking services before, I can testify that Swifto is by far the best dog walking service out there. Yes, their prices are a bit on the higher side, but its worth every penny. Before using Swifto, I had so many problems with unreliable dog walkers to a point where I had to install a nanny cam to see whether the dog walkers actually show up. Some of the other dog walkers showed up, some didnt, and some did a 5 minute walk when I was paying for an hour. Swifto really solves that issue for me, since they track the walk and the duration of the dog walk too, so I know Im actually getting what I pay for. I also find them to be very flexible with my schedule and with my needs. My dog Fido, for instance, only like female dog walkers, and they had no problem setting me up with one, or changing my schedule as my shifts at work change.

One of the highlights of living in Manhattan is that Swifto operates here. Its such a great company, and I really trust them. What sets them apart from other competitors in the area is their genuine love, respect, and undivided attention to each of the dogs. These are the people you want to help look after your dog when you're at the office and your dog needs to be walked, or when you have to travel and need a reliable boarding service. They seem to have a good eye in who they hire too. Two paws up!

Hey Google +! I'm so glad to find Swifto on here it is one of my favorite services in New York City! They walk my very sensitive pitbull/greyhound mix, Lucy. It is so difficult taking care of such a big dog in New York City. She is a rescue and she is very shy around new people and dogs. I work all day so I am unable to spend time with her during the day and our apartment is just too small to spend the day in. Swifto is a dog walking service with an App that features a GPS view of the walk, poop alerts, pictures of the dog during the walk and messages regarding the walk texted to me from the walker. This App relieves me of so much anxiety. We were able to meet this wonderful dog walker for free to have him bond with Lucy. He came to my home and everything! Now Lucy is very shy around strangers but she instantly loved him! Now I can go to work and not be worrying about Lucy because she is being walked 2-3 times a day by this amazing walker who updates me on everything. I feel so much better about living in the city with Lucy, now that I have Swifto during the day. I highly recommend this service to anyone who loves their dog as much as I do :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our walkers are background checked, insured, bonded, highly trained. We personally select them from a huge pool of candidates. They have to pass three interviews and a training day in order to start working with us.
