- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Structure: We offer competitive rates for all your home renovation needs. Our pricing is based on the size and complexity of the project. Here’s an overview: Basic Renovations (kitchen/bathroom updates): Starting at $10,000 Full Home Remodel: Starting at $50,000 Custom Build (new home or addition): Pricing based on square footage; averages $150-$250 per sq. ft. Materials: The cost of materials is included in the estimate. However, premium finishes, fixtures, or appliances may increase the final price. We will discuss options and provide you with cost breakdowns beforehand. Payment Terms: 1)15% before start Permitting proses and upon the Contractor commencing the Work on the Property 2) 25% will be paid after issue the General Master Permit 3) 20% of the Price will be paid after finish demolition and Drywall. 4) 30% of the Price will be paid after Finish work of 70% 5) 10% of the Price will be paid upon Contractor's completion of the Work. Completion Date. No Hidden Fees: We provide a detailed estimate before starting any work, so you know exactly what to expect. Any changes or additional work required will be communicated in advance and priced accordingly. Warranty: All work comes with a 1-year warranty on labor.
