My typical process for working with a new customer starts with understanding their needs and discussing the details of the project. I take the time to listen to their requirements and offer solutions or recommendations based on my experience. Once we agree on the scope of work, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Throughout the project, I maintain open communication to ensure everything meets the customer’s expectations. My goal is to deliver quality work and build a trusting relationship for future projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in the repair and construction industry, which continues to grow with every new project. My higher technical education, obtained in the past, has been a great asset in my work. Additionally, I have gained valuable construction experience not only in the United States but also in several other countries where I lived before moving to America. This allows me to address tasks effectively from both a technical and a design perspective, offering optimal and aesthetically refined solutions.
