hello the customer contacted me because the princesses she said were late I don't own these characters in particular that she's got so I was frustrated because not at the customer but she did not mention that I was frustrated and annoyed at the party rental because my rules are if they're going to be late even 1 minute to call the customer and they did not do that for this particular booking this is my rules for any company that I work with whether it's ponies petting zoo bounce house or anything which is professional. so I call the company and they said they just dropped off the two girls. on time. so I called the customer back and she said they were in the garage I guess they were getting ready it sounded like there was a little bit of uncertainty but they were there and they were on time yes I was frustrating annoyed but not at the customer cuz it was not her fault at the party rental company that I was using because they did not follow my rule to call even if they were one minute late cuz I like communication which is a good thing and a professional thing I was never frustrated and annoyed at or with the customer at any point only if a party rental I work with cannot have the workers communicate with the customer that they're going to be late even 1 minute and that is a good thing that I want everybody I work with to communicate and be punctual any questions about this review or reply feel free to reach out to me thank you again it would be great if the person spoke about how adamant I am about professionalism and communication which is very important thank you

hello the customer wanted me to do face painting games which I did and give all prizes. I was there only for 1 hour I did arrive early. customer was very nice to me all for me food . I gave the kids the face painting that they wanted I asked if they want any more designs or colors they were happy with what they got they told me I would have been more than glad to do balloons the customer did not mention when I was there. also I was not in a rush as I was leaving the kids on the playground that got there late I gave them stickers so I was actually there an extra 10 minutes I also helped the customer's Friend by getting them a face painter for the same day as her event the day prior I was able to help her out. I did make the mistake of thinking that the child was a boy but the child's sibling was there with the child an older sibling and did not mention to me however when I found out I did Apologize several times wipe the face painting off and give something for a little girl I also took stickers to pass out that was something extra I did sometimes it would be good if they also tell the things that the worker does extra and goes out of their way to do and stays a little bit longer time for the kids who are just arriving I didn't want them to come and have nothing thank you very much any questions from anybody they can reach out to me I would be more than glad to answer any questions about the review and my reply.
