Ozzie and his team are awesome. They are very responsive. They came out same day and did a great job in my a/c unit. It was dirty and disgusting and leaking into vent. They also charged me 30% less than other vendors. I highly recommend Ice City AC for all your Air conditioning needs!

My A/C unit was frozen and it was over 90 degrees outside. After going on Thumbtack, Ozzie from Ice City called me moments later and we discussed the situation. Shortly afterwards, Ulysses came to my home to do the repair. He was prompt, professional and courteous. We reviewed the necessary repairs on. Ulysses fixed my A/C and afterwards gave me his personal phone number to call him if the system still was not working properly. I'm delighted to know that in the future, if I have an A/C problem, I'm in goods hands, thanks to Ozzie and Ulysses. Highly recommended!

Very responsive on hot day! So grateful it’s just small easy repair! The technician didn’t start trying upsellling on things I don’t need now- major kudos to that. That brings more trust their first time at bat with me and did well. I know what was done previously and they didn’t pitch me there which would have been a huge flag. Trust comes hard but we started the right way so far!🥰

I could only choose 3 categories that reflects the company but ALL 5 apply! I submitted my task on here and almost instantly got a call from Ice City AC and sooo glad and happy they did! Ulises was right over to my house identified the issue within just a few minutes, reviewed my options and started work right away! Shortly thereafter Ulises had everything done and I was still scrolling through instagram. Sooo thankful for this company for the immediate attention, repair and nice cold air!
