I if I could give more than five stars I would. Ozzy was incredibly quick with his response. Honest and upfront as to what my options could be. Since my air-conditioning unit is located on the roof he diagnosed the issue, took videos and pictures and then came down to show me and then discuss options. The work was done quick and everything seems to be working perfectly now. I will absolutely use Ozzy and Miami ice in the future for any of my air-conditioning needs. I’ve also referred him to three additional family members at the time of this.

I hag a good experience with Ice City AC and will definitely use them in the future. Very friendly and respectful. Ozzie took care of the problem, and explained in detail. Also check the entire system and gave me advice on how to properly do the maintenance for the AC unit. Love the fact he check in the next day to ask if everything was ok with the worked done. Ozzie and his team are awesome. They are very responsive. They came out same day and did a great job in my a/c unit. It was dirty and disgusting and leaking into vent. They also charged me 30% less than other vendors. I highly recommend Ice City AC for all your Air conditioning needs!

Ice City responded and came out within 2 hours of call to take care of a damaged condenser fan motor. The previous company we called the day before didn't have the right tools and/or expertise to fix the problem. Ice City fixed the problem in no time. In addition, they also recommended cleaning the air handler coils. Now the unit is running like new! Ice City demonstrated a high level of expertise an professionalism, and worked fast and efficiently to solve our problems. We will definitively hire again for our ongoing maintenance.
