The entire Tectio Team, especially Ulrich and Derek, have been super prosesional ever since we had two of their units installed. They regularly check how everything is working remotely and if there any issues give us a call. If anything is wrong with our HVAC system they come by and fix it then and there. We were also super lucky that with their devices we able to prove that one of the compressors got destroyed through a power surge, and therefore we were able to get a new compressor covered under the FPL warranty.
