I'd like to start with how communicative this company is. They actually responded to my Yelp request within the hour. At midnight!The next morning, I Scheduled the service. They arrived promptly well within the time frame provided.My HVAC system had been making strange sounds, was not cooling, and the fan was not spinning. It was over 80 degrees inside the house.The tech was extremely professional and respectful, even offering to take off his shoes when entering the house.The HVAC system was thoroughly inspected and ultimately, both the capacitor and condenser motor were replaced.It was all done quickly, and soon thereafter the HVAC was cooling again.I would recommend Island Breeze AC to anyone, and will be using their services in the future. 10/10.

Daniel who came out first to give me a free consultation was great. He came the same day I called. During our consultation, he explained everything that was going to happen and how long more or less it would take. He answered all my questions and was very reassuring. He also came on a short notice when I was desperate to have someone clean my AC unit due to allergies. A 2 days later (due to Christmas and Christmas Eve), another gentleman Miguel and his team came out to clean the unit. He showed me before and after and let me watch and ask questions. Overall, I had a great experience with them. Highly recommend if you need your AC cleaned.

Emmanuel was fantastic and responsive. My AC broke a week before Xmas on a Friday, Emmanuel came that same Friday to inspect. All I had to do was tough out the weekend without AC (which was reasonable and at least tolerable in December) then Miguel came Monday by noon and back up and running. Would highly recommend.
