- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for trip charge I charge 70 but it can also be waived if the cust goes with repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my training and experience I have now, it's a lead tech anywhere I go. I have worked hard to get where I'm at. I first started as a maintenance tech and worked my self up to where I'm at now. I thank God for that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of customers. I've done job for dolphin player. also football players. In houses and mansion and thanks god due to my work and me working at my best. Cust haven't gave me any complain.
