I called Alvaro last night late. He answered the phone he walked me thru some steps to get a idea of what was wrong with my AC unit. He told me he would come in the morning. He was punctual I love that I can count on him. It was the fan motor he fixed it in a timely manner like always. Hes not just a AC Tech guy he cares and trys to be as fair as possible. For his quality of service and his compassion for his customers I give him a five star rating. I recommend him for anyone who has AC issues or just for maintenance. He's great! for trip charge I charge 70 but it can also be waived if the cust goes with repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my training and experience I have now, it's a lead tech anywhere I go. I have worked hard to get where I'm at. I first started as a maintenance tech and worked my self up to where I'm at now. I thank God for that.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of customers. I've done job for dolphin player. also football players. In houses and mansion and thanks god due to my work and me working at my best. Cust haven't gave me any complain.
