- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are VERY transparent with our pricing. What you see is what you get, we do not upcharge or add any hidden fees. We are competitive. We build our proposals based on your budget, the more information you give us the more your proposal is going to be what you want it to be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to the customer via Email, text or phone and introduce ourselves. Then we learn a little bit about your event, your needs, and what you are looking for in a Caterer. Then we put together a proposal which we then jump on the phone to discuss. Customers are encouraged to come do a tour of our facilities and see some of our prior work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO and CMO have over 30 years of corporate experience. Our catering team has over 75 years of combined catering experience. We have staff from all walks of life: Culinary, Logistics, Finance, etc... We LOVE what we do and we are very good at it.
