- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are priced according to the amount of time required to meet the scope of work designated by the client. A fixed price is given prior to beginning the project . The price will not ever go higher without the client requesting additional separate projects, in which a new separate quote is issued in writing. Prices are competitive, and adjusted to meet the scope of work, so the client only pays for the actual work needed. Payment schedule: 50% deposit at the beginning of the project 25% progress payment if the project extends beyond 60 days 25% final payment upon delivery of specified project OR 50% balance upon delivery if progress payment was not required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A phone call or face-to-face client meeting to determine the project goals based on the company needs. 2. A written proposal is prepared for client, including the agreed upon fee, time schedule to start and complete the project, and detailed list of inclusions of project deliverables. 3. After receiving the client's signed work agreement and deposit, I begin working! 4. We schedule a meeting to discuss the program details, and organization goals. 5. A list of questions that are proprietary to the client, is emailed to the client for further clarification of the client's business/organization focus. 6. Delivery meeting is scheduled. 7. Project is delivered after receipt of the final payment. 8. After delivery, a meeting is scheduled to discuss any edits or changes the the client would like implemented into the project.
