Why Choose a HomeView Video Report? Enhanced Credibility: The video visually substantiates the condition, upgrades, and renovations detailed in the written appraisal report. Insurance Benefits: In case of an insurance claim, the video provides irrefutable evidence of the property's condition and extras, far surpassing traditional photos. Added Value: Our standard appraisal already includes detailed photographs of every room and upgrade, but the video takes it to the next level by bringing the property to life. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and straightforward. It begins with a personal phone call where I take the time needed to answer all your questions, understand the scope of work, and learn about your expectations and timeline. It’s important to note that, while I am approved by the VA, FHA, and conventional banks, federal regulations enacted under the Dodd-Frank Act in 2010 require federally insured lending institutions to order appraisals directly. As a result, appraisals cannot be ordered by property owners if they are intended for federally backed-loans. I’m here to guide you through the process and ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth and successful experience.
